Yoko Seto is the Founder and CEO of Proton Investment. A deeply resilient and driven leader, Yoko brings broad experience across sectors and a sharp strategic mindset. She founded the company in late 2022, guided by a belief in long-term, thoughtful investment with purpose at its core.

Before launching Proton, Yoko served as Executive Secretary to the North Macedonian Embassy in Japan. Prior to that, she was an advisor to a Japanese cosmetics company, offering insights into branding, international business, and product development.

Earlier in her career, Yoko worked for Sumitomo Corporation in Japan, followed by a brief but formative role in the Disarmament Division of the United Nations. These early experiences shaped her global outlook, strong sense of discipline, and commitment to principled leadership. Her career reflects her adaptability, composure, and rare ability to lead across both public and private sectors.

Yoko finds balance through classical music—she plays the piano, violin, and classical guitar. She also enjoys pilates, reading, and practising the traditional Japanese tea ceremony (Sado) as part of her cultural grounding and discipline.
